Los Angeles (Southern California) Pre & Post Construction Surveys

Municon photographically documents pre-construction site and facility conditions for comparison to post-construction conditions, and to periodically document construction progress.

Pre-construction and post-construction conditions and defects observed during the survey will be documented in detail with images captured with a video camera (handheld camera and/or drone) which also shoots still images.

Municon’s survey will involve observation of anomalies such as existing cracks and other visible defects, as well as photographs to provide orientation and to show general conditions. Photographs will be taken from publicly and privately accessible areas. We also offer 3D photo and 3D scanning capture services.
